  • Friday September 6, 2019, 7 AM. All EFSC Campuses will reopen and classes will resume on Monday, September 9. Check with instructors online or in person for information on adjustments in academic assignments and deadlines. The Sept. 5 Fee Due date for classes starting Monday, Sept. 9 has been extended until Monday, Sept. 9 when the college reopens. Read more details in the latest news update.

  • Wednesday September 4, 2019, 3:15 PM. All EFSC Campuses remain closed and will reopen on Monday, September 9. Access to online services was restored Wednesday afternoon. Systems were taken offline Monday for safety reasons due to the projected path of Hurricane Dorian.

  • Monday September 2, 2019, 4 PM. All EFSC critical systems have been shut down due to the approach of Hurricane Dorian.  EFSC will work to restore access once the storm has passed and it is safe for EFSC technical staff to travel to campus.  

  • Monday September 2, 2019, 10 AM. All EFSC Campuses will remain closed until a planned reopening on Monday, Sept. 9 because of Hurricane Dorian, which is now a dangerous Category 5 hurricane over the Bahamas. Brevard County Emergency Management has issued a mandatory evacuation order that started at 8 AM today for parts of the county. Read more details in our latest news update. We will continue to provide Timely Updates via the college’s TitanAlerts system, website and social media platforms. Updates are also available at the EFSC Hotline 1-888-609-3313. Students, faculty and staff should log into the myEFSC portal and check that their emergency contact information is up to date to ensure they receive TitanAlerts via text, email and phone.
